Why do You Only Support Paid eBay Stores?

  • We only support paid eBay Stores (the URL must start with http://stores.ebay.com/…)  because standard eBay stores do not support SKUs.

Do you Support eBay Stores in any other country outside of the US?

  • Not at this time. If you are interested in us supporting a non-US eBay Store, please file a support ticket. Note that setup charges may apply for non-US store setup.

How do I set my eBay listings to end when they get out of stock in Bizelo?

  • You can’t set a quantity of 0 on eBay (they won’t let you sell zero of something) but our system will automatically close the listing (calls a EndFixedPriceItem API call) when the quantity reaches zero.
  • You can set your eBay listings to expire as long as it’s a fixed price listing. It should happen pretty much right away when the order comes in
  • Configure ebay to delist your item when your ends the listing automatically if the quantity goes to zero.

  • We will automatically push store quantity changes to eBay.
  • If you make changes and want those changes in Bizelo, you should use the manual Sync Stores button in your Stores tab.

How do I Post Items to eBay?

  • You can’t
  • Our app simply syncs inventory quantities between stores (keeps inventory quantities in sync), but we don’t actually have the capability to create new products if they don’t already exist.
