In this tutorial, we’re going to show you how to integrate Bizelo with eBay stores.
1. Log in to your Bizelo account.
2. Select the “Stores” tab.
3. Select “Add a Store” where you’ll see all the various Store “channels” configured for use with Bizelo.
- Your eBay username is your eBay login username
- We need both pieces of information because your eBay username can be used for multiple eBay stores, so simply knowing your eBay username is not enough for us to get credentials to connect to your store. And simply knowing your eBay store is not enough for us to ask eBay for credentials. We need both.
5. Go to your eBay store’s home page
- In this example the store is listed as “Shonnas Pretites” on the screen next to where it says Home > eBay Stores >
- This is NOT the Store’s URL… it is the descriptive name of the URL. See the screenshot above for an example of an eBay Store name.
6. Select test your connection and wait for a message that says “account information is valid”.
7. Now your eBay store is connected with Bizelo.

Do you support all eBay Auction and Listing types?
- No — we only support items listed in eBay Stores (see below) that have SKUs configured as per the details below.
Do you support eBay “MyWorld” and other eBay Shop types?
- NO. If your eBay Store URL does not start with https://stores.ebay.com/… then you do NOT have an eBay store and we do NOT support it.
- An eBay “MyWorld” shop listing is NOT an eBay Store. You have to pay a monthly fee to get an eBay Stores account. See here for more information: http://pages.ebay.com/storefronts/start.html
Why do You Only Support Paid eBay Stores?
- We only support paid eBay Stores (the URL must start with http://stores.ebay.com/…) because standard eBay stores do not support SKUs.
Do you Support eBay Stores in any other country outside of the US?
- Not at this time. If you are interested in us supporting a non-US eBay Store, please file a support ticket. Note that setup charges may apply for non-US store setup.
How do I set my eBay listings to end when they get out of stock in Bizelo?
- You can’t set a quantity of 0 on eBay (they won’t let you sell zero of something) but our system will automatically close the listing (calls a EndFixedPriceItem API call) when the quantity reaches zero.
- You can set your eBay listings to expire as long as it’s a fixed price listing. It should happen pretty much right away when the order comes in
- Configure ebay to delist your item when your ends the listing automatically if the quantity goes to zero.
How do I configure eBay to use Bizelo’s inventory management?
Any change you make in Bizelo is immediately updated to your linked eBay stores
- The reverse is not true, since eBay does not notify us when you make a quantity change.
- If you want to make quantity changes, you should do them in Bizelo
- We will automatically push store quantity changes to eBay.
- If you make changes and want those changes in Bizelo, you should use the manual Sync Stores button in your Stores tab.
How do I Post Items to eBay?
- You can’t
- Our app simply syncs inventory quantities between stores (keeps inventory quantities in sync), but we don’t actually have the capability to create new products if they don’t already exist.
